Anil Langhnojia

At the heart of Essen Containers lies a vision shaped by engineering excellence, hands-on leadership, and a deep belief in building solutions that last. Anil Langhnojia, Founder and Director, has spent his career transforming technical knowledge into sustainable industrial growth.

A graduate Plastic Engineer, Mr. Langhnojia began his journey with leading injection moulding machine manufacturers, where he gained a ground-up understanding of machine design, performance, and quality. His early years at Polymech Plast Machines Ltd., where he joined as a Trainee Engineer, laid the foundation for his practical, detail-oriented approach. From mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical assemblies to quality assurance and testing, he immersed himself in every aspect of injection moulding technology.

Driven by a commitment to precision and reliability, he went on to head the Testing Department, where he helped establish structured testing procedures that elevated machine performance standards and ensured consistent quality.

His journey continued at Battenfeld India Ltd., where his role evolved from Service Engineer to senior leadership, heading the Assembly and Testing Department. Working closely with Battenfeld GmbH, Germany, he became an integral part of technology transfer and localized machine development in India. His efforts in indigenizing key components and developing equivalent high-quality parts not only strengthened manufacturing efficiency but also reduced dependence on imports—reflecting his belief in self-reliant, future-ready engineering.

With a clear vision to create a company built on trust, technical integrity, and long-term partnerships, Mr. Langhnojia founded Essen Containers in year 2000. What began as an entrepreneurial venture has grown into a respected organization serving more than 100 companies, backed by enduring client relationships and a reputation for consistency and excellence.

Today, his vision continues to guide Essen Containers—driving a culture focused on innovation, quality, and customer success. Under his leadership, the company remains committed to delivering solutions that not only meet today’s needs but are engineered for the future.
